• Several years working experience in web development, of which at least 1year’s in such project.
• Have good knowledge and hands-on experience in .Net or Java.
• Familiar with SQL Server2000/2005，MySQL & coding of Javascript, xHtml, CSS.
• Bachelor degree.
• At least 6 years relevant supervisory / management experience in sizable or multi-national organizations.
• Strong capability of training solutions design and delivery.
• Dynamic presentation skills and excellent interpersonal and consulting skills.
• Good command of spoken & written English.

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer & science technology, at least 2 years experience in .Net development.
• At least 3 years working in software developing project, good capability in module design, architecter of NET.FRAMEWORK.
• Well known in project process & BRA system & standards of ASP.Net、C#.Net、C++.Net、HTML、XML、SOAP、WSDL.
• Strong capability of Oracle, SQLServe & NET.FRAMEWORK.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem solver.
